Accommodation policy

Check-in time after 14:00.
Check-out time before 12:00.
We will hold your booking until 24:00.
No pets allowed.

In rare cases, when the hotel is not able to honor your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable parameters.

Payment policy

Your reservation is valid after receiving a voucher for a tourist service from Sol Marina Palace hotel.
In order to have a valid reservation you should pay the indicated sum.After receiving your payment,we will send you via e-mail your voucher for a tourist service from Marina Palace hotel.

The reservation is cancelled if there is no payment trough wire transfer till 5 days from the date of reservation.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation to a reservation for which we have sent you a voucher, must be made in writing to Sol Marina Palace Hotel via the email to: marinapalace@pirgos.com or by fax to Fax: +359 554 20601.
If you wish to cancel your booking after the voucher has been issued, we will apply a cancellation fee. For cancellation of confirmed bookings made till 7 days before check-in date there is no charge- it means no cancellation fee.
For cancellation of confirmed bookings made 6 (or less) days prior to check-in date we will charge you 1 room night price for each room booked.
In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will not be refunded.
